Quote provided to the Dallas Business Journal:
"We are aware of ongoing developments involving Will Northern and his dealings with the Woodhaven community, the City of Fort Worth, and Elijah De La Garza. These actions appear to follow a troubling pattern similar to what our clients, Michael Crain, Northern Crain Realty, LLC, Northern Crain Property Management, LLC, and Northern Crain, LLC, have previously experienced.
Specifically, we have observed a consistent approach whereby Mr. Northern pursues personal financial gain through questionable tactics, often disregarding ethical standards and legal obligations. When confronted with the consequences of these actions, including serious misrepresentations, he appears to rely on extensive legal maneuvering rather than accountability.
Furthermore, any individual who represents a real estate client, gains access to confidential information, and then exploits that information to acquire property through layers of legal entities should be of concern to the community. Such conduct raises serious ethical and legal questions and should prompt scrutiny."

Take time to read our FAQ page and learn more about why this is so important. Then, please sign our petition opposing this plat plan.
Woodhaven FIGHTS back! is a group of Woodhaven homeowners dedicated to informing residents of the detrimental impacts of the proposed plat application PP-25-019, which threatens the safety, welfare and value of our cherished neighborhood by placing high-traffic roadways through the heart of our community and lining them with high-density housing and inappropriate commercial enterprise. We seek viable alternatives to what is currently proposed on the west side of Woodhaven while supporting the A21 zoning and potential golf course development on the east side. Rather than being told what will happen, we seek a voice for the real stakeholders - the homeowners and residents of Woodhaven.
